The event's theme for this year is "Imagine the future". As part of the University of Edinburgh, innovation and excellence are at the heart of what we do, addressing our clients' needs and providing innovative solutions and services: from geospatial analysis and consultancy, AI and IoT projects, to SaaS EdTech solutions like Digimap, Digimap for Schools, or Noteable.
If you are attending this event and interested in learning more about our portfolio of projects and services, please do not hesitate to contact us or visit our stand for a quick chat. You can also follow EDINA's social media on LinkedIn and Twitter.
Noteable & Generative AI
Also, don't miss James Stix (Noteable's Service Manager) on Wednesday, March 13th, at 13:40 (Hall 3 lightning talk stage) for the lightning talk: *Noteable —a platform solution for computational and Generative AI teaching.
We have a growing number of AI and Machine Learning courses that integrate Noteable into their courses. Among the many benefits of Noteable, implementing a cloud-based coding platform can streamline the teaching experience and create a consistent learning environment that students can access anytime, anywhere.
Stix states:
"Beyond a platform, Noteable is a new step in the way we teach and learn AI. Noteable is about making AI concepts accessible to everyone."
The Noteable team is currently working on adding exciting updates. Noteable now includes the langchain framework designed to simplify code creation and applications using large language models. Noteable will update to Jupyter Notebook 7 and JupyterLab 4 over the summer 2024. These environments include extensions to access AI and LLM tools
