Service Availability and Data Updates
EDINA services are normally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In order to allow for upgrades and system maintenance, we designate Tuesdays and Thursdays 17:30 – 20:00 as “at risk” periods.
In addition to this published notice, we endeavour to give at least one working day's warning of any actual use of an "at risk" period: please refer to this page for reports and other information on service availability.
General availability
All EDINA services including the website will be unavailable between 07.00 and 08.00 on Tuesday 23 March, due to essential hardware maintenance.

| Digimap |
EDINA will be making use of an advertised 'at risk' period for Digimap on Tuesday 16th March between 17.30 and 18.30 hours. Only the Ordnance Survey Collection will be affected, but Historic, Marine and Geology Digimap should be considered "at risk". Tuesday evenings between 17.30 and 18.30 are 'at risk' periods for Digimap, which means the service may be unavailable during those hours. This is required from time to time to cope with the continuing increase in demand before new software is put into place. Advance notification will be given on this page when possible. |
