The popular Digimap for Schools service has been updated to include over five million photos across Great Britain. The photos, supplied by Geograph, are now available through Digimap for Schools and are set to enhance the classroom experience of discovering and exploring Great Britain.

The Digital Footprint MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), a free online three-week course co-developed by EDINA, has been featured by press including BBC Radio Scotland, the Scotsman, and the Scottish Sun, as the course’s second run kicked off this week (1st May).
CLOCKSS today announced that five additional publishers are working with the archive to preserve their publications for future generations of researchers. CLOCKSS, the decentralized preservation archive that ensures that the digital assets of the community will survive intact, simultaneously announced the support of six additional libraries.
We are pleased to report that the entire contents of EDINA’s geospatial repository, ShareGeo Open, have been successfully imported into DataShare, the Univerity of Edinburgh's data repository. The collection can be found at Collection: http://datashare.is.ed.ac.uk/handle/10283/2345 .
